मातृभाषा-हिंदी दिवस

हिंदी दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष 14 सितम्बर को मनाया जाता है। सन 1949 को संविधान सभा में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि हिंदी केंद्र सरकार की आधिकारिक भाषा होगी। क्योकि यह भाषा भारत के सबसे ज्यादा हिस्सों में बोली जाती है। और इसकी महत्ता को समझते हुए गाँधी जी ने इसे राष्ट्रभाषा बनाने की बात कही थी। सन 1953 से पुरे भारत में हिंदी दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।

हिंदी हमारी मातृभाषा है। इन दिनों हिंदी को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए विभिन्न प्रयोजन किये जा रहे हैं। प्रकल्प चलाये जा रहे है। अगले सप्ताह हिंदी दिवस का भी आयोजन किया जायेगा,किन्तु प्रश्न उठता है कि क्या ये सभी उपाय पर्याप्त हैं। हमें स्वयं से यह प्रश्न करना होगा कि विश्व की इतनी पुरानी,समृद्ध साहित्य वाली और इस धरा पर इतने लोगो द्वारा बोली जाने वाली भाषा को क्या ऐसे उपायों की आवश्यकता है?

वास्तव में भाषा किसी संस्कृति का केंद्रीय बिंदु होती है। इस दृष्टिकोण से हिंदी और भारतीय संस्कृति का एक अटूट सम्बन्ध है। यदि हम इस सम्बन्ध को और सशक्त करना चाहते है तो हमें मातृभाषा की महत्ता समझनी ही होगी। उसके महत्व को समझकर ही हम अपनी सभ्यता और संस्कृति के साथ न्याय करने में भी सक्षम हो सकेंगे।

वास्तव में मातृभाषा मात्र अभिव्यक्ति या संचार का ही माध्यम नहीं, अपितु हमारी संस्कृति और संस्कारो की संवाहिका भी है। मातृभाषा में ही व्यक्ति ज्ञान को उसके आदर्श रूप में आत्मसात कर पाता है। भाषा से ही सभ्यता एवं संस्कृति पुष्पित-पल्लवित और सुवासित होती हैं। यह विडम्बना ही कही जाएगी स्वतंत्रता के सात दशक बाद भी हम अपनी भाषा को उसके यथोचित स्तर तक नहीं पहुंचा पाए हैं। यदि हमें विश्व गुरु के पद पर पुनः प्रतिष्ठित होना है तो यह अपनी मातृभाषा को समुचित सम्मान दिए बिना संभव नहीं।

ऐसे में आज आवश्यकता हैं कि हम अपनी मातृभाषा को व्यापक रूप से व्यवहार में लाए। हम मातृभाषा की शक्ति को पहचाने और उसे आत्मसात करें। भारत को अगर एक सूत्र में बांधना है तो हमें अपनी मातृभाषा को उचित सम्मान देना होगा। अपनी मातृभाषा पर हमें गर्व की अनुभूति करनी होगी। मातृभाषा से ही हमारे राष्ट्र और समाज के उत्थान का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा। निःसंदेह हिंदी हमारी मातृभाषा है,परन्तु उसके संवर्धन,संरक्षन और प्रोत्साहन में अन्य भारतीय भाषाओ के साथ संघर्ष उचित नहीं। वास्तव में तो वे हिंदी की सहोदर ही हैं।

Hindi Diwas is celebrated every year on 14 September. In 1949, it was decided in the Constituent Assembly that Hindi would be the official language of the Central Government. Because this language is spoken in most parts of India. And realizing its importance, Gandhiji had talked about making it the national language. Since 1953, Hindi Diwas is celebrated all over India.

Hindi is our mother tongue. These days various purposes are being done to promote Hindi. Projects are being run. Hindi Divas will also be organized next week, but the question arises whether all these measures are sufficient. We have to ask ourselves whether such an old, rich literature of the world and the language spoken by so many people on this earth need such measures?

In fact, language is the central point of a culture. From this point of view there is an inextricable relation between Hindi and Indian culture. If we want to further strengthen this relationship, then we have to understand the importance of mother tongue. By understanding its importance, we will also be able to do justice to our civilization and culture.

In fact, mother tongue is not only a medium of expression or communication, but it is also the conductor of our culture and rituals. It is only in the mother tongue that a person is able to assimilate the knowledge in its ideal form. It is through language that civilization and culture flourish and blossom. It must be said that even after seven decades of independence, we have not been able to raise our language to its due level. If we have to be re-established in the position of Vishwa Guru, then it is not possible without giving due respect to our mother tongue.

In such a situation, today there is a need that we bring our mother tongue into practice widely. Let us recognize and imbibe the power of mother tongue. If India is to be united, then we have to give due respect to our mother tongue. We have to feel proud of our mother tongue. Mother tongue will pave the way for the upliftment of our nation and society. Undoubtedly Hindi is our mother tongue, but in its promotion, protection and promotion, conflict with other Indian languages ​​is not justified. In fact they are siblings of Hindi.
